I started my fitness career in the early 2000s as a NASM‑certified personal trainer, back when the OPT model was changing how we understood movement and strength. That foundation still shapes how I think, coach, and create today.
Over the years, I’ve lived through every phase of the fitness journey — the strong seasons, the setbacks, the rebuilds, and the moments where starting over felt heavier than any weight in the gym. Those experiences are why Endless Summer Fitness exists.
